puppy is not paid in full 14 days after date written above, then no refund will be issued in whole or in part by FOXRUN KENNEL
OR HOLLY MAY. AKC registration application will not be issued until puppy is completely paid in full.
CONDITIONS OF
THE CONTRACT FOR PURCHASING A PUPPY
1. All puppies will be up to date on all shots and wormings at 8 weeks of age.
No puppy will leave these premises before it is 8 weeks old.
2. All pet quality puppy Registration Applications will be
titled as limited.
A. All pet quality puppies will be spayed or neutered before they are 12 months old.
B. Failure
to alter a pet puppy by 12 months of age will result in a $1,000.00 penalty.
3. This puppy must be taken to a licensed,
certified Veterinarian within 48 hours of purchase. If the Veterinarian found any genetic or physical problem, the puppy can
be returned for a full refund or replacement, if one is available.
4. If this puppy develops crippling hip dysplasia before
it turns 26 months old, a replacement puppy of equal value will be given out of my next available litter under these conditions:
A. Verification by x-ray by Dr. Morris Link in Madison, WI. If he is not available, then I will choose a Veterinarian.
B. Return of AKC Registration papers.
C. Live puppy returned to FOXRUN KENNEL by the time this puppy is 28 months
old.
D. Original purchaser must still own this puppy.
E. This puppy was not bred to or by any other animal before
it is returned.
5. Purchaser must agree not to breed this puppy until it is OFA certified for hips. If this puppy is bred
before it receives its OFA clearance on hips, then the Purchaser agrees to pay Foxrun Kennel / Holly May the sum of $5,000.00.
Purchaser must agree that they will feed this puppy a good daily diet. Purchaser must agree to keep all regular visits
to their Veterinarian and to keep this puppy regularly vaccinated and wormed.
6. FOXRUN must precede any and all names
on this puppy's permanent Dog Registration or this contract is null and void including any verbal agreements if any.
7.
No deposit, payment, or money, in whole, or in part is refunded with the exception of #3.
8. This contract becomes legal
and binding upon signatures of both parties below.
9. If purchaser cannot keep this puppy for
any reason, then the puppy must be returned to FOXRUN KENNEL or HOLLY MAY. If this puppy turns up in any pound, shelter, Veterinarians
office, pet shop, auction, humane society, rescue, or I deem this animal is not being properly cared for by contact from an
Animal Control officer or Reputable shelter personel, then purchaser agrees to pay FOXRUN KENNEL or HOLLY MAY the sum of $5,000.00
for breech of contract or defamation of FOXRUN KENNEL or HOLLY MAY. Purchaser also agrees to pay ALL court costs and any attorney
fees associated with the retrieval of the puppy or the $5,000.00 amount.
10. Any litigation will take place in the
State of Illinois, in the county of Whiteside.
